Plain-language summary: DigiScheduler collects the information needed to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, provide our services, improve the website, and comply with the law. We do not sell personal information.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how DigiScheduler (“DigiScheduler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Jersey business, handles information collected through digischeduler.co, consultation and onboarding forms, appointment calendars, and the CRM, scheduling, communications, website, and automation services we provide.

When we process information for a business customer through that customer’s DigiScheduler account, the customer controls that information and its own privacy policy may also apply.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, dates, times, and general interaction data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for essential functionality, security, analytics, and remembering preferences.

Information from connected services

If you connect a calendar, email account, telephone service, social profile, payment provider, or other integration, we receive the information needed to operate that connection according to your instructions and the provider’s permissions.

5. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, CRM, scheduling, communications, analytics, payments, security, and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction such as a merger or sale, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Email, telephone, and text communications

By submitting contact information, you may receive messages related to your request or appointment. Marketing email recipients may unsubscribe using the link in the message. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not prevent essential transactional or service communications.

7. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how personal data is used. You may also object to or opt out of certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Pricing & Add-Ons — DigiScheduler
Add-on pricing

What it costs to add more

Below is a ballpark for the most common add-ons businesses ask for after their initial site and calendar are live. These ranges are intentionally generous — your actual quote is built around what you specifically need, and it's usually lower than the range shown here.

These numbers are estimates, not quotes. They exist so you can plan roughly what an add-on might cost before we talk. Every business uses these features differently — a contractor running a handful of automations pays less than an agency running ten — and your actual price is scoped to your setup during a quick consultation. Most quotes come in at or under the ranges shown here.

AI Chat & Voice $150–250per month

An AI assistant that answers website chats and phone calls around the clock — qualifying leads, answering common questions, and booking appointments without anyone on your team picking up the phone.

  • 24/7 website chat assistant
  • AI phone answering & call qualification
  • Automatic appointment booking from chat or call
CRM & Pipelines $75–150per month

Every lead and customer in one place, with a visual pipeline so you always know who's new, who's mid-conversation, and who's ready to close — instead of digging through texts and emails to remember.

  • Contact & lead management dashboard
  • Visual sales pipelines
  • Opportunity & deal tracking
Marketing & Ads $150–300per month

Hands-off ad creation and management, plus the email and text campaigns that keep your business top-of-mind between jobs — without you needing to learn a separate ads platform.

  • Ad creation & campaign management
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • SMS marketing campaigns
Automation & Workflows $100–200per month

The behind-the-scenes work that runs itself — follow-ups, reminders, lead routing, and re-engagement sequences that fire automatically based on what a customer does.

  • Multi-step automated workflows
  • Lead routing & team assignment
  • Customer re-engagement campaigns
Reputation Management $75–150per month

Automated review requests sent at the right moment, plus help keeping an eye on what's being said about your business across the platforms customers actually check.

  • Review monitoring & response drafts
Reporting & Custom Work $100–250per month

Everything else that doesn't fit neatly into a category — plain-language reporting dashboards, connections to other tools you already use, and one-off requests specific to how your business runs.

  • Reporting dashboards & analytics
  • Custom integrations with other tools
  • One-off requests scoped to your business

Ballparks are useful for planning, but the actual price is almost always built specifically around what you need — fewer features, fewer dollars; combine a few, and it's often cheaper than buying each one separately. A quick consultation gets you an exact quote, not a range.
